Rabies Alert - 8/2/2012

The Board of Selectmen would like to alert residents to the fact that a rabid fox has been found in the area of Nordic Village.  While we don't want to cause alarm, we do want to make residents and visitors aware this situation and to not approach wildlife.  Please report any sitings of unusual behavior of wildlife to the Selectmen's Office at (603) 356-2950.  For specific concerns about rabies, call NH Dept. of Health and Human Services, Communicable Disease Control, (603) 271-4496 or 1 (800) 852-3345 Ext. 4496.
